Q: Do I need to be a vegetarian to wear this herb, or can I eat non-veg?

 A: While following a Sattvic (pure/vegetarian) diet is always considered ideal in spiritual practices to maintain a higher vibration, it is not a strict requirement for wearing this herb.any one can wear it what ever his food is ! The  herb is a tool for protection and focus. You do not have to give up your current dietary habits for it to work. However, for the best results and to respect the energy of the consecration from Ayodhya, we recommend a few simple guidelines:

Avoid Non-Veg on Specific Days: If possible, try to maintain a vegetarian diet on Tuesdays (dedicated to Lord Hanuman) and Sundays because Sun is purest form of energy energy or on the day you first wear the herb.

Though everyone should avoid nonveg on Sunday.Consuming alcohol or meat has nothing to do with this remedy.only those have to avoid non-veg who wants to get liberation.

8.Where to Wear it

* On the Body: Traditionally, it is tied to the right upper arm (bicep) for men and the left upper arm for women. You may also wear it on the wrist using a clean red or yellow cloth with mauli/मौली thread.

* In Your Sacred Space: If you prefer not to wear it, you can place the herb in your Puja Ghar (altar), inside your locker/safe (for financial abundance), or on your study desk (for focus).

9: What should I do if the cloth wrapping the herb starts to tear or gets dirty?
