What is eShopping?

eShopping contains sites of which the primary focus is to allow the consumer to select and obtain goods and services over the Web. *What system and methodology do your astrologers use? *

Our astrologers use the Prashari and Jaiming systems of astrology. These are the two most widely used systems of astrology in India. Most of the groundbreaking researches in Parashari and Jaimini astrology have been done by us. The methodology developed by Shri Singh after decades of exprerience is the one followed by our astrologers. Importance is given to Rasi and Navamsha charts. The chart representing specific area of life eg Saptamsha for children is also evaluated. Transit of planets using ashtakvarga system is used to pinpoint the timing of events. Composite Technique of using multiple dasha systems to pinpoint an event. Dashas like Vimshottari, Yogini, Chatusheeti Sama dasha, Dwisaptati Sama dasha shashtihayani, dwadshottary navamsa dasha along with Jaimin Chara Dasha are thoroughly analysed to interpret a horoscope. Horoscope interpretation requires a lot of experience and focus of mind.

*Besides credit cards what forms of payments do you accept? *

We accept payments through paypal for customers residing abroad and Mobikwik for Indian customers. Besides these we accept direct money transfer to the accounts provided in the payment account is in the name of Astro Sushil World and other one is saving bank account in the name of Renoo

*What is your refund policy regarding books, magazines and horoscope readings? *

Once the customer's horoscope data has been emailed to our astrologer or astrologers for analysis no refunds will be given. For horoscope readings we charge your card and immediately email your horoscope data to our astrologers. It takes 2-5 hours of an astrologer's time to analyze a horoscope and provide his/her report. Keeping this is mind we charge your card at the time of sending your horoscope data to our astrological team. Please read our Terms and Conditions page.

*Can I cancel my order? *

An order can be cancelled only within 24 hours.No order can be cancelled after 24 hours.

*I've received an error message stating that my credit card is invalid. What should I do? *

Currently we utilize the services of PayPal and Mobikwik. Your credit card data is safe as no data is stored on our servers. We accept orders over the phone. *General Inforamtion regarding credit card errors while placing your order.*

If you see an error message stating that your credit card is invalid, this has most likely happened for one of the following reasons:

1. You have incorrectly entered your credit card number.

2. You have incorrectly entered your CVV code.

3. You have incorrectly entered your expiration date.

4. You have used a cancelled credit card to place your order.

5. Your card is restricted to point-of-sale transactions only (sales where your card is physically scanned).

Please double-check your credit card and/or with your bank to ensure that none of these problems have occurred. If you realize that you've made a mistake, simply return to the payment option page and enter in the correct information. Continue checking out as normal. If you're still encountering problems, please contact us. However, at NO point should you ever e-mail us your full credit card number. Your e-mail does not have the same security features in place as the website. If you wish to reference a specific credit card that you already have on file with us, please reference by the order number. If you believe that you have provided us with an incorrect CVV code or expiration date you may send us that corrected information via e-mail referencing by the order number. If you believe that your card was declined due to insufficient funds, but now have those funds available, you may ask that we attempt to charge your credit card again. If you believe that your card is restricted to point-of-sale transactions, you must either contact your bank about removing such restrictions, provide us with a different credit card, or choose a new payment method.

*When will I receive my horoscope reading? *

Generally we try to provide you with the reading within 5-7 business days. The reading in sent via email to you. Due to a large number of horoscope readings the readings can be delayed upto 14 business days. We provide enough time to our astrologers to analyze the horoscope and send in the reading. Each horoscope is taken seriously and we leave it at the discretion of our astrologer to send us the reading. Your serious questions deserve serious analysis by our astrologers.
